The Ultimate Run
Last week, at Garret Mountain in West Paterson, New Jersey, the Sports Conditioning Institute held their first ever Ultimate Run. The 2-mile course and obstacle challenge served as a ‘prep race’ for anyone considering an event or race such as the Tough Mudder or the Warrior Dash.
